MP3 titles

  My mp3 media used ot insert into the post like this – All Night All Day i.e the title. Now it inserts a whole link like this – http://petelinnett.files.wordpress.com/2012/03/01-if-i-fell_-all.mp3. What’s going on and how do I fix this?
