MP3 Upload not working

Add topic to favorites
When I try to upload a MP3 File I’m repeatedly getting this message

1. Harmonie Deja – Dr Trouble 16Bit 44.1Khz master mix 2.mp3
Sorry, this file type is not permitted for security reasons.

Please can you explain why I’m seeing this message when i’ve always been able to upload MP3’s

There is no content on the site you’ve linked to starrvybzent.wordpress.com Is that the site you need help with or are you referring to a different site?

I am having the same problem. I looks like mp3 uploads have been disabled in the latest update. I went to Settings > Mime Types and added
```
file extension: mp3
mime type: audio.mpeg
```
yet I still could not upload mp3s.
