Multi agent live chat plugin??

I am trying to produce a website which will work along the same lines as some psychic websites where the agents appear in a box showing if they are available or not or in a call. Each agent has their own profile page and this has some form of connection to the phone number to dial. As when they take a call their profile shows they are now in a call. http://www.psychicsofa.com/available-readers and http://www.psychicsofa.com/ for example.
I was wondering if there is a plugin to do this or not as I know it would need to be linked somehow to the 0906 number.Any advice would be greatly received!

The Tlk.io widget allows you to embed a web chat in your WordPress.COM hosted blog. http://en.support.wordpress.com/widgets/tlk-io-widget/ There are no other chat options I know of that work on WordPress.COM blogs at this time.
There is no FTP access and no blogger installed plugin capability on any free hosted WordPress.COM blogs and there is no upgrade you can purchase here that changes that reality.

One approach is to register a forum on the internet and then create a custom menu in your blog and include a custom link to the forum in it.

Blogger installed plugin capability does not exist on WordPress.COM blogs and there is no upgrade you can purchase here that changes that reality.
For that type of functionality you’d need a self-hosted WordPress.ORG software install running on a paid web hosting service.

if you are referring to wordpress.ORG software and If you don’t have a username account at WordPress.ORG click http://wordpress.org/support/ and register one on the top right hand corner of the page that opens, so you can post to the support forums there.
