multi-author site and rights over comments

  I am part of a multi-author site itsfoss.com . It’s a wordpress multi-author site. Is there a way to have partial control over comments over blog posts/articles I write. If there is some code where this can be tweaked i.e. author who writes an article has complete/shared control over comments would be useful.
