  Hi is there such a theme I can use to host multiple blogs that can authored by their each respective user? Something like blogger.com

  Hi there,

  To clarify, you are trying to start a ‘blog network” like Blogger, where anyone can sign up and set up their own site under your network?

  WordPress.com does not have this functionality built in, but you may want to consider a self-hosted WordPress site, which are sites that you create on a “traditional web host” like Bluehost, GoDaddy, etc.

  On a traditional web host you have the option to set up a WordPress “multisite” instance, but this is not an option here on WordPress.com.
