  Hi! Im about to purchase the business plan for my wordpress. I would like to confirm if there will be a multiple language available for business like Chinese Language?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  You have an option of multiple language here. You can change the language by referring the following link.

  According to you site you will be get into following link.
  https://wordpress.com/settings/general/hkgmproperty.wordpress.com

  Here under Language you can select language of your choice

  According to @kruni0524 you can change your language from the link he provided above if you intend to change your language to Chinese.

  I would like to confirm if there will be a multiple language available for business like Chinese Language

  If what to meant here is that you intend to run a multilingual site both in English and Chinese Language and you intend to purchase a business plan. You can consider this helpful after your business plan upgrade:
