Multi language blog

    I have the blog edmarinho.wordpress.com.
    In the home i want a page with only two images, Brazil’s flag anf EUA’s flag.
    When the user click on Brazil’s flag, hir are redirect to edmarinho.wordpress.com/pt-br.
    When the user click on EUA’s flag, hir are redirect to edmarinho.wordpress.com/en-us.
    The blogs edmarinho.wordpress.com/pt-br and edmarinho.wordpress.com/en-us don’t have the same content, than the translate can’t automatic.
    Can i make this configuration?
