Multi Post Categories

I feel stupid for not being able to figure out something so simple. I want a menu in my navigation bar on my homepage. That once clicked goes to a page that has a list of specific articles/posts I choose. Then you click on which post you want to open the full post article/read more. Then that obviously will load the full article.

So if site was about Hamburgers, it would be like:

    Homepage:
[Nav/Menu Bar] Home, Mcdonalds, BK, Wendys, About Us
    (Clicks on Mcdonalds)
(Loads a New Page) Title: Mcdonalds Articles:

“Mcdonalds Makes you fat” (read more)
“Does Ronald Really Love You?” (read more)
“Why it tastes so good” (read more)

(Clicks on “Does Ronald Really Love you?”)
    (Full Post/Article Opens Up)

I figured to do this you just create a Category, and then add as many posts to that category as you want. But instead of a list of my 3 posts being displayed. It directly just opens 1 post.
