multi year ad free package

we have a budget that we would like to charge up front for wordpress
service for say 3 years. (It’s a research project which will end it’s lifetime soon, but we would like to keep its footprint alive for another while).In the post mentioned above, the q was around multi year domain mapping – I’m asking the same q around ad free service – is it possible to purchase multi year ad free service?
I’m guessing the answer is no, but thought I’d ask in any case.

I’m sorry but that’s not possible. At this time only 1 years subscriptions are on offer.

More than one year upgrade purchase is a common request – when I moved here more than one year renewal was permitted but the option was later removed – some staff members have said multi year renewal is “on the way soon” but no time frame and “soon” seems to be getting longer all the time
