When first using WordPress the difference between a Page and a Post can be confusing. This link might help: http://en.support.wordpress.com/post-vs-page/
Briefly, Pages are usually menu items such as About, Bio, Contact, Testimonials, etc. As you’re linking most of your menu items to a site off WordPress, you would not use Pages. You want to use Posts.
I haven’t posted anything else yet. I just want to know how to post more under the one that’s there now, with date stamp.
You’re not actually going to post under the post that exists (unless you back date the post). And, if you’re looking for a link to post on a live screen, you’ll look in vain. You need to go to your Dashboard, hover over or click Posts and select Add New. You can compose and format the post on that screen.
Another option for you might be to use the Quick Post feature. On the thin black WordPress nav bar on the top of the screen, to the right side, look for New Post. That creates a split screen and a way to post without having to go into the Dashboard. I don’t like using it, but it might be a better solution for you.
Once you find the Add New Post page and post, the next post will appear on top of previous posts. Make sure you hit Publish otherwise you may lose work or it will be saved as a draft. Here is yet another link: http://en.support.wordpress.com/posts/
Hope this helps.
Also, the link in your menu bar is http://toesinmotion.wordpress.com/2014/02/06/204/ is giving me an error message. Where ever you have that url, you probably want to replace it with http://toesinmotion.wordpress.com/.

A Page is not a post. A Page has only one unit of information on it.
A Post is one unit of information. On the main blog itself, posts go in reverse chronological order. Pages don’t do this.

ok as things are now. I think I got it. But if I make another post, I can’t read it under the past one. It just shows it as a post list on the right side.

I can see that you made a second post. But, yeah… things aren’t displaying very well. It may have to do with how you’re using WordPress and linking to an external site.

Make another Post, containing both a paragraph of content and title. Put the link to it here, starting with http.

I think this is what you mean.

I can see three posts. The theme you have chosen displays posts this way. If you want a theme that displays posts in a simple linear format, you will have to choose another one.

DO NOT GOOGLE IT.
The instructions you get on Google will not related to WP.com blogs like yours. They will related to WP.ORG blogs.
Always search the Support documents here for instructions for your blogs. http://support.wordpress.com/
