  hello! i enabled the multifactor authentication to protect our wordpress site. for a few days i was receiving the code via email, but now i am no longer receiving the code. any help would be greatly appreciated!

  Correct account: Yes

  That’s the moment you must use one of the backup codes. Instead of 2FA through sms or email, you better use Google Authenticator.
