  Hello. Would you be so kind to provide me with some information regarding your website service.
  1. I am planning to create a multylanguage blog. Is it possible to plugin?
  2. If this option is not available can I upload it on another hosting?

  Installing plugins is not supported on WordPress.com, you can only use pre-installed plugins:

  You can upload plugins if you have a self-hosted WordPress.org install:

  Download

  For that you, naturally, need a hosting provider.
