  Is it possible to create the second version of a blog (in English) within one account?
  May be a script which will switch languages automatically

  You can add a code into a text widget which will allow your readers to click it and see the blog in a different language. The translations aren’t always great, but that might be the closest thing to what you want. This thread has instructions on how to do it.

  yeah, russian-english translation seems to be bullshit, just like i thought…

  Well, unfortunately I don’t think it would work manually; we can’t use scripts on WP.com, and if you did two posts, they’d just appear as alternating posts on your front page.

  You could set up a second blog and post a link to that in your sidebar, call it English and post your translations there; if you kept the same theme, it would look identical. You’d need to check with support first, though, as it would basically be two blogs with the same content, just in different languages… they might consider that against Terms of Service.

  Dual languages would be okay, not a problem.
