Multilingual blog- option 3

    Hello, I would like to do a multilingual blog. So, I have chosen the option 3 and I created a new blog in English (which is private for the moment) on the basis of my 1st French blog (which is public).
    – I would like to know if it is possible to count the total followers of the two blogs ? I don’t want to have X followers on one blog and Y followers on the second one.
    – in the model, you explain that it is possible to have an address as “nameoftheblog.eng.wordpress.com” but it was not possible for me to put a point or an / inside the address when I did the second blog.

    If you have some advice ? thank you !

    Best regards.

    Catherine (blog 1 = http://carnetdedamecatherine.com ;
    blog 2 = engcarnetdedamecatherine.wordpress.com

    The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

    This is not possible. Having two separate sites as described in option three means that you have separate followers lists too.

    in the model, you explain that it is possible to have an address as “nameoftheblog.eng.wordpress.com” but it was not possible for me to put a point or an / inside the address when I did the second blog.

    This actually only applies to custom domains. Since you have the domain carnetdedamecatherine.com, you could set up eng.carnetdedamecatherine.com for your second site. We have some more information about doing this here:

    Let me know if you have any more questions!
