Multilingual in a free wordpress blog

  Hello. Is it possible to have multilingal plugins or some kind of translation in a free wordpress blog, I am using Ixion theme.

  You can definitely do this on a free plan :) Here are the instructions to add the Google Translate Widget: https://en.support.wordpress.com/internationalization/google-translate-widget/
