  Currently there’s no plugin to handle multi-language in wordpress.com. There is a huge discussion about it for some years now, and I don’t think this will end soon.

  However, there’s more than one way to achieve what you want! Please refer to https://en.support.wordpress.com/set-up-a-multilingual-blog/ for more info. I hope that one of the solutions on this support page may attend your needs!
