  Cannot add a plug in for a multilingual site. I cannot even see if it is an option when upgrading. Please tell me how to set up my site so I can manually translate it. Thank you.

  Hello, thank you for replying.

  Instead of a Google translation, I would like to create my own more accurate translation of the website. Is there a way I can do that on the .com version not the .org?
