Multiple Account Errors

I am having a lot of troubles with my account. First, I cannot access my blog. I am getting a blank screen on “My Site”. Second, I am unable to view my subscriptions. I am getting this message “Sorry, we had a problem fetching your Reader subscriptions”.
Third, I cannot follow any sites. I am getting this message “Sorry, there was a problem following”.
I am using Google Chrome. I cleared my cookies and cache, but this errors are still happening. Please help.

Hi @franklinvanguard, the issues could be related so let’s work on the first one first.
Are you blocking any scripts on Chrome?
Do you have extensions that could be getting in the way?
One easy way to narrow it down is to go ahead and try a different browser to see whether you have the same issue there. If you don’t, it’s likely a browser setting.

Hello @supernovia, I’m not running or blocking any scripts on Chrome. I disabled my extensions, but the problem continues on my end.
I tested a different browser and I can use my account normally on it. I don’t understand why I cannot use my account on Chrome. I am using the default settings. Nothing was changed to cause these errors. Even without the extensions, I still cannot use my account on Chrome.
The extensions that I was using are Pinterest Qmee. I don’t know how much of a different either extension would make.

Please try clearing your browser cache. Also make sure JavaScript is enabled. You can find instructions for both here:
Also make sure you have third party cookies enabled in the browser – it’s unlikely to be the cause here, but the problem you have following sites tells me it might be related.
Neither of those extension you mention should cause issues with WordPress.com – the usual culprits are ad-blockers or anti-tracking plugins, but it doesn’t sound like you have any of those.

Hello @kokkieh, as stated in the first post, I cleared my cache and I am still experiencing this problem. JavaScript and third party cookies are enabled. The browser and all applications are up to date. I don’t have adblockers or anti-plugins.
I’m just going to use a different browser until the issue with Google Chrome is fixed.

If you see any errors, please take a screen shot and then you can use a service like snag.gy to share it with us so we can check if there’s anything that might explain what’s going on.
