  The company I work for has 2 accounts – I need help getting into one of them and I am not able to . I have zero experience with WordPress and I am getting extremely frustrated with this set up of not being able to actually speak with a human being. Help, please.

  You may also be able to log out and log back in with the email address that gets notifications and what not.

  Or, for your own copy of WordPress with a different host, ask your host for help with this:

  Please bear in mind too, if you’re just using a free copy of the software, there’s no paid support for that, but your host can generally help. You’d want to use the community forums at https://wordpress.org/support/forums/ , or you’d be welcome to move the site here. We have direct support with our paid plans.
