Multiple accounts – don't know password to primary
-
I have 2 or 3 accounts with WordPress. The one that I know the password to is NOT the one that I post my blog posts through. On my home computer, the “remember me” is turned on so I’m still able to post. If I ever lose that, I’m dead-in-the-water.
How can I get my multiple accounts merged into one? Or figure out the password for my primary account?

Hi @andegre,
Let’s take your two questions one at a time.
…figure out the password for my primary account
This is really important. You don’t want to depend on the “remember me”.
There’s a lost password recovery walkthrough here: https://en.support.wordpress.com/passwords/#lost-password
Let us know how that goes!
How can I get my multiple accounts merged into one?
Once you get your password back for your main account, choose the account you want to merge your blogs into and use this walkthrough:

After that is done, you might want to delete your old accounts. If so, know that you can’t delete a user account, but you can essentially take out your personal information and let the account exist with no personal information in it. Here are the steps from https://en.support.wordpress.com/deleting-accounts/:
If you wish to leave WordPress.com, you can easily empty and delete your site. Once this is done remove all personal information from your Account Settings and change your password to a random string. This will leave your account inactive and prevent you from gaining access to it in the future.
Let us know how all this goes! Good luck!
