Multiple Accounts, Reset PW, Help with closing old website and directing traffic to new

  It seems that I have two WordPress Accounts?? One has my current website and the other is, well I am not sure what this one is. Need support with resetting password, as I requested a new reset a couple times, but it didn’t come.
