Multiple addresses?

  I purchased the bundle for $99. I have a domain name and I linked a wordpress link to my index page (wayfinding.net). My blog is called “Bugs, Blindness, and the Pursuit of Happiness (A quantum doctor makes house calls). How can I get the bundle to work with my blog and not use the names wordpress automatically assigns to me. I dont need a new domain name. I dont need a new host. I dont need a new name for my blog. I dont need a new blog address. I just want the new bundle to work with my existing set up.

  Hi there,

  The bundles are only intended for WordPress.com sites, and your blog is a WordPress.org site. Since that is the case, I would be happy to remove the bundle for you and refund your purchase price, if you could confirm you want that.

  You should be able to do anything you would gain from the value bundle using the tools included in the WordPress.org installation. You should be able to find more information about how to do that by visiting:
  wordpress.org/support/

  Thank you so much for your response! Would you please refund my money for the bundle! I am sooo confused by wordpress! I very much appreciate your telling me I belonged to wordpress.org and should use their support. This is a very basic clarification that I very much appreciate. Please let me know when the refund has gone through.

  Hi there,

  No problem! I’ve gone ahead and initiated this refund for you. PayPal typically advises that it can take up to a week for you to see the monies back on your bank statement; our experience is that it isn’t usually quite that long, however.

  Yes, our transactions go through PayPal – sorry for not making that clear! It will be back on your Visa in the end, though.
