multiple administrators

  If I have added an administrator to this blog, does she need my password to edit content, or should she be able to access the blog’s dashboard from her own account?

  They will use their own account to access http://thescarletprophecies.wordpress.com/ – you do not give them your password (bad thing to do anyway) – Admin gives them almost unlimited powers – making them Editor is better – they can’t change the look and feel of your site – but can do everything else – edit posts, approve comments, add pages and posts etc.
