  How do multiple users access the same site? My friend and I are starting a blog and we chose wordpress because it has this nice feature that will allow multiple users to access the site. However, only one of us can physically change the look of the blog; when the other tries to post, it doesn’t appear on the site. Has anyone run into this problem?

  You can have multiple administrators on the same site. The best way to do this is to invite your friend and assign them the role as administrator (which means nothing is off-limits to what they can do to the website).

  The path to follow is in your Dashboard, then to Users in the left hand menu, and within that you will select Invite New. Here you can write your friend’s email, what their role would be.
