Multiple Author Blog: Save as or Download as individual author pdf in reverse?

  Hi WordPress,
  We have a multiple author blog and I want to be able to download or “save as” each author as it’s own pdf, in reverse order (oldest to newest). In this way I would have a chronological pdf of each author. Is this possible?

  Hi Aparna –

  You can access each author’s permalink, such as this one:
  http://casistudentprograms.com/author/gabyborja/

  This is an archive of all posts made by that author. We don’t have a save-as-PDF feature built in, but most browsers have a “Save as PDF” option in their Print menu — for Safari, it’s File->Print->PDF->Save as PDF. You’d have to load and save each author archive.

  Hello! Thanks so much, I guess the question is in viewing the blog is there a way to do it in reverse order (oldest first)? Then I can save as and print as pdf in chronological order. Thanks so much!

  Hi Aparna – hmm, I can’t really think of any way to do that easily. The best option might be to open each post in a tab, and print them individually, so you can easily organize the printout in chronological order.
