Multiple authors

  I am doing fairly well with managing the blog site. However, I am going to Australia for 3 months and I want to enable one or two other people to be contributing authors. Right now, the only way I can figure to do this is to give them my passwords. Is there a way to allow them to log on as themselves and contribute posts without going thru my account?
