Multiple authors for posts publishing posts on multiple blogs

  Hi, I’m working on creating a new project (within my own blog) that will involve 11 other wordpress.com bloggers. There will be 4 people working on a post at any given time. My questions are:
  a) Do I have to give them all ‘editor’ status for this to happen?
  b) If they are each given ‘author’ status instead and work within separate posts, am I (as the administrator) then able to go in and transfer all writing/images from their posts, onto 1 cohesive post?
  c) Is there a way of allowing all bloggers to publish this collaborated post onto their own blogs as well as mine (without using the ‘re-blog’ option)?
