Multiple authors in same post

    Hi,

    We have a wordpress.com blog, and want to make a specific post so that its authored by 2 people. Is there any way at all to do this, or is it only possible on WordPress.org?

    The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

    You can have any number of people authoring/editing the same post and indeed there are features in place to lock a post while one person is editing. https://en.support.wordpress.com/post-locking/

    Since the theme you are using displays the author, do you mean that you want the byline of the post to show as being authored by more than one person? Unfortunately, I don’t believe that is possible.

    Perhaps one of the other forum volunteers can come up with an idea beyond simply adding the second author’s name at the beginning of the article. (Doing that of course would sidestep the article being linked to the second author in the Authors Widget in the sidebar.)
