multiple authors on one blog?

    I am trying to administer a blog for multiple people, but we don’t want each person to have to create their own account. Is there a way to add authors w/o accounts, or should we each put our name under our own blog post? Also, is there a way for me to categorize authors in a sidebar so that readers can click on their name to read all blogs by a single author?

    If you don’t want to create more accounts (which would actually be the best thing to do) you can create a guest account with contributor or author rights (not higher!) and give the account login data to your co-authors. This has several drawbacks, but it will work.
    In order to categorize the authors you might use the author names as tags and put the links to the tags in a text widget in the sidebar.
    The links should have following format:
    http://artcrit.wordpress.com/tag/authorname
    where “authorname” is the name of the author.
