Multiple Blog API

Hello,
I have created a new website and I was just trying to integrate WordPress onto it so that users who want to blog can actually register as new members on my website and can get a new blog created on the website, using the WordPress API. Right now I was able to integrate the WordPress API, but only for one user. Can anyone please help me in telling me how to created a multi-user blogging environment as this is just for my interest for learning web development.
