  I have posts on my home page. And I wold like to set up another section of the site with blog posts. How can I do it?

  If you do have a WordPress.COM blog, then you must understand the blog structure:
  You have one dynamic ‘page’ to make posts to your blog.

  WordPress has some bonus features: including pages that are outside of the blog-structure. They are great for adding an about page, or pages about technical words, definitions, background information. But you can not add posts to them.

  Use categories to organize your blog into sections.
  Then use a category widget or if you have a theme capable of custom menus you can add your categories to your top navigation.
