  Hi,
  Would like to know, if I buy a premium account today would it apply to all the blogs I will create here? Is there a maximum of blogs we can create under one account?

  There is no maximum number of blogs you can have. Each upgrade, however, applies to only one blog. If you buy a bundle for one blog, none of your other blogs can use it unless you buy it for them too.
