multiple blogs
-
Hi,
I have 2 blogs : blogA and blogB.
And now, I want another blog, blogC, where I want to display the posts from the two others in the main column (not in the right column with the rss widget).
Is it possible with wordpress ?
Thank you

Hi,
If I have 1 blog but would like to have 4 or 5 different blog accounts under the same username and email account and would like approximate myself (adminstrator) and another person to be able to access that blog and leave comments is that possible with wordpress?
Make sense?
Thank you

Now I know why spell check and grammar are so important. I meant: Is it possible to have 4-5 separate blogs all on one account? Thanks

Ahh, TSP, thanks, but I have seen a Chaotic Soul blog where in the admin each registered user could be given their own blog – all seemingly within the one account as asked for above. OR, is this some sort of special hack or paid-for item, and what would the tariff be? Thanks.

If all of the users (admins) and blogs are under one account, then all admin’s would have access and control over all of the blogs. That is how the accounts here work. Each admin would also have the ability to modify, add to, or delete the posts, pages and comment of the other admins, and also have the ability to delete the other admins, and the blogs entirely.
You can limit their access by assigning them lower privilege levels such as editor, author or contributor.

Thanks. Not sure this relates to my question possibly because I am not explaining completely. In the admin screens for the ‘whole site’, which I take to be the only account, when editing a user one could assign/create a blog for that user. It took the form of asking the name of this blog, that name taking the form “userspersonalblogname.accountname.org.uk”. Thus it seemed to me all these userblogs were contained in the one account – accountname.org.uk. (this is org.uk because it is an org not a commercial entity). The users do not have WordPress accounts. They have a login to the main account as contributor/author/editor and to their own personalblog. I cannot see what type of account gives this functionality.
I can see what you are saying; give everyone a WP account then interlink them all as individual blogs to the main one.
