Multiple blogs and email addresses are a mess! Help

I have multiple blogs – pointed at multiple email addresses.
But I’ve lost access to the ones I really use. It’s all a mess.
Please help me.
The Making Book blog is defunct but it is now posting when I try to post on Conversation Farm blog.
And I don’t seem to have any access to the dashboard of
The Heart Code blog.
And THE HEART CODE NOVEL is also being controlled by some other blog. How do I clean up this mess?The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

On your current account (conversationfarmfarm), I only see the following blog:
makingbook.wordpress.com
It looks like you may have opened the other blogs under different accounts. I can definitely help you to solve the issue. First, please let me know a list of the blogs you currently would like to use (URL). Next, I can help you to transfer all of those blogs onto one account (conversationfarmfarm) if you would like. However, I’ll need the request to come from the owner of the individual blogs. So, you’ll need to log into each user account that owns the individual blogs and post here granting permission to transfer the blog to another account. Does that make sense?

I THINK the two accounts I created have two different emails.
My bad – but I know one of them is:
(email visible only to moderators and staff) as I just logged into it.
The other one I believe is (email visible only to moderators and staff)
I own all those emails.
I thought I’d set up a separate email for conversation farm but any post I make to that is now going to making book.Bottom line:
I would like the following blogs to all go to one user name and one email.

It looks like you’ve been in correspondence with Jerry through private email. That’s going to be the best place for conversation going forward since we’ll need you to verify some information to confirm account ownership. Can you please just reply back to his email and keep all additional correspondence there?
