  Hello!

  I had a WordPress blog from a long time ago that I had forgotten about. Recently, I made a website through BlueHost using the same email. When I try to access my new website to edit (alyacevedo.com), it doesn’t pop up for me to edit. I am unsure how to make it show up. Would you be able to help me with this?

  This is WordPress.com but your site isn’t hosted on WordPress.com servers. You’ll need to log in directly at https://alyacevedo.com/wp-login.php

  Hi there,

  To expand a bit on the reply above, your admin user account on your Bluehost site is something completely separate and different from your WordPress.com username account.

  So while you can use the same email on both, and even the same username and password (not recommended), logging into the one does not also give you access to the other.

  However, if you want to be able to edit your Bluehost website via your WordPress.com account, that’s possible using a plugin. Log into your admin dashboard on the Bluehost site, and go to plugins. Search for and install the Jetpack plugin. Once you activate that plugin, it will prompt you to connect to a WordPress.com account. Complete that process, and now the Bluehost site will be listed along with your WordPress.com site under My Sites.
