Multiple blogs on one page with wordpress.com

Is it possilble to have multiple blogs within one blog. I work at a small nonprofit and there are three of us that need to blog but we would like to do it at the same “blog site”. Is this possible with wordpress.com (not .org). We basically are looking for multiple blogs in tabs at the top of the page. We fear using categories, they will just get lost.
