Multiple blogs on one website

    Hi

    I want to create multiple blogs on one website. Is this something I can do?
    I’ve created my website and pages but I want to add 2 (maybe 3) blogs to different pages. But whenever I try to do this, all of my posts are linked to each blog. I have googled how to do this, have created categories and tags for each blog but even when I do this, it still links all posts to each blog.
    It says something about linking using the navigation menu in appearance but I haven’t got this option.

    Is this something I can actually do with a free plan? If so, please can someone explain, in simple terms, what I’m doing wrong?

    A Blog IS a Website so why not build three different free websites with links to each one of the others.

    If you mean you wish to have three different separate subjects within one Blog then use Category pages.

    Thanks for the reply.

    sorry I’m a complete newbie when it comes to this. So what i mean is, i want to have one website (or home page) with 3 separate pages on it, each with its own stand alone blog. E.g. travel blog, food blog etc.

    I have created the pages, I have then added categories to posts. So when I publish a post, I can select the category. But when it is published, all of the posts appear on both the travel and food pages, does this make any sense to you? I know what I’m trying to say but don’t know how to explain well.

    If I wanted to create 3 different blog websites, with one domain / email address. Am I able to do this? I thought this seemed a lot more complicated than combining into one.

    Hello,

    What you will need to do is make a blank pages for Travel and anything else you want

    and then check out this link on how to add a blog Block and filter it to show the category you want.
