Multiple Blogs/Unknown Charges – Please help!

  Please help. I have a $26 charge on my credit card for “WPCHRG.com” and I don’t know why. Here’s the issue. . I used to have a blog that I paid for a domain for under a different email. I know longer have the email, nor can I access the blog. It has not been used for a year. I am wondering if it’s related to this? If so, is there a way I can get that blog under the control of this account so I can cancel it? When I tried to contact WordPress about this previously, I could not get help as I did not have access to an account. Thank you!
