Multiple Cards getting Denied

    We want to buy a plan and a domain and when we reach the payment gateway it says Card Declined. We tried using multiple cards but to no avail. Please revert asap

    Hi there,

    I see that you recently tried to purchase the Business Plan for brandgator.in and I should probably clarify that the plan is intended to work only with sites hosed directly on our managed site hosting infrastructure. The plan would not work on your site currently with Hostinger.

    If I can ask, what is prompting you to upgrade? If you would like to take advantage of our managed hosting, it is possible to use our import tools to move an exact copy of your site from the current host to ours instead, and this tool is provided under the Business and eCommerce plans. https://en.support.wordpress.com/import/import-an-entire-wordpress-site/

    If you are interested in this you can get started by creating a new (empty) WordPress.com site by following the steps here: https://wordpress.com/start/

    In the process of setting up your site you can add the Business Plan and your purchase should go through correctly (since you will be upgrading your WordPress.com site) and then you will be able to use our import tool to fill the empty site with the exact copy of your current site. Once you have done that and everything looks good, your domain can be moved as the last step, and your site here can replace the current one.
