Multiple Category Drop Down Menues
-
Hello all,
I would like to know if it is possible to add multiple category drop down menues on my blog, but each one containing different categories and sub categories? I know that I can add multiple category widgets to the sidebar but they all have the same categories in them. For example I would like to have one category drop down menu for diseases, one for symptoms, one for treatments etc.
Thanks in advance for your help
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Once you have categories go to Manage>Categories. For the one you wish to be a child (sub) category, click Edit and on the next screen choose the parent category from the drop down box and save.
-
As you are using the Inove theme you can choose the option of displaying Categories across the top horizontal menu rather than displaying static Pages there.

As far as having multiple Category widgets each with different contents goes, I have no idea how to achieve that. Perhaps another Volunteer will have a solution.

@timethief: You have no idea because it’s not possible (being allowed to add the Categories widget more than once is a mistake). The only ways to display separate groups of categories is via Links or via text widgets.
