I need to be able to accept different currencies – US and Canadian at the very least. Which plan lets me do that?

Are you looking to create an e-commerce site? For that, you would need plan Business or eCommerce. On both of them, you will be able to use WooCommerce to build your store, but on the eCommerce one it is already preinstalled (together with a bunch of other extensions):

To support multicurrency, you will want to add an extension like this:
