  If you have multiple domains, do you need to purchase a separate plan for each domain? Or can you roll up multiple domains under one account/plan?

  I’m afraid if you’re talking about different sites then yes they would require a separate plan for each site. You can of course point more than one domain to the same site. https://wordpress.com/pricing/
