multiple email address

    I’m looking for a way, through my website if possible, to create a “common” email address that will send the same message to multiple persons simultaneously…in this case our City Council members…so that our supporters can send one message and have it delivered to all at once. Also have a gmail account for our group if it can’t be done through WordPress….real technical novice here, can someone help me out?!?!
