Multiple Emails for word press webiste

    Dear concern department
    I am having issues with email ids. The issue is that i need to use multiple email ids for my website for example for woo commerce i want to use (email visible only to moderators and staff) and for contact form i want to use (email visible only to moderators and staff) but when i add 2 different email address it does not work when ever someone fill contact form or make an order. Can you tell me that is it allowed to use multiple email address or not. If it is then please tell me how.
