multiple external links to various sections of blog

  I am trying to have a constant contact email link directly to appropriate section of newsletter blog. Can I have the URL of http://www.airgraphics.com/jan2001newsletter/export go directly to the export portion and then say http://www.airgraphics.com/jan2001newsletter/space go to the space portion of the same blog?
