Multiple form error in Wave report

  Hi,
  When I run this local government site through the Wave tool, it has the above error on the home page.
  I found this article on the web https://blog.pope.tech/2020/03/19/multiple-form-labels-example/.

  Is this something to be concerned about?

  Hi there, I’m not familiar with Wave, what is the tool you are using to check your site? is this a test I can perform on my end, say by visiting the testing tool site, and entering your site URL?

  Thank you for clarifying. When I look in the source code of your site, the form control appears to have only one label associated with it, despite the fact that the website test is flagging the form as having multiple labels

  I’m having a bit of trouble seeing where more than one <label> is involved, so from that standpoint it’s a bit confusing that this shows as an error in the tool you are using.

  I’m asking our engineers to take a closer look, and then I will reply here once I have more to report. Thanks for your patience!
