Multiple identical titles in primary menu

  I currently have a primary menu on my website with three “HOME” titles, two of which show nothing but white (mostly blank) pages with rubbish on them. The third “HOME” gives me my proper website. I can’t find the first two HOME titles anywhere in WordPress. They seem to be “phantom” titles. Also, when I click the WordPress dashboard link, I get one of these two blank paged “non-sites” instead of my website. I need to find out how to delete these two “phantom” HOME titles from my primary menu which should leave me with my primary website undisturbed, thus allowing the “visit site” to lead me to this primary website.
