Multiple Images
-
On my blog at http://glsmyth.wordpress.com/ I offer an image and explain why I created it. The image in the blog is a thumbnail, and when one clicks on it they see the full sized image. Currently these images are stored on my website, but it makes sense to store them on wordpress.com, as they are not used elsewhere, if this is possible.
The question I have is whether or not it is possible to do this. Is it possible to have a thumbnail that, when clicked on, offers the full sized version and have both images stored on wordpress.com? If so, then how can I do this?
Cheers –
george

See here:
http://en.support.wordpress.com/images/#from-your-computerYou upload the full size image via the Add an Image tool of the editor. Before inserting it, you select various options.
• Click Thumbnail and a small version of the image will automatically be created by the image tool. (You can set your preferred size for thumbnails in Settings>Media).
• Click File URL and the thumbnail will link to the full size original.
• Click Left or Right for text-wrap, None or Center for no text-wrap. -
