Multiple imports

Add topic to favorites
Hello!

I recently imported x2 sites from another blog into wordpress.

The imports worked well, however i am trying to update the secondary wordpress site with the latest edition from my ‘old blog’

Upon following the import process, i receive this error messgae:

“We’re processing your import now and will send you an email when it’s all done. If you don’t hear from us within 24 hours, please contact support, and we’ll get everything fixed.”

As i do not have any outstanding imports, i am not entirely sure what to do next.

I have searched long and hard on this one, but cannot seem to find out why I am unable to import the newest content – much appreciated if I could get some assistance or If anyone could advise.

Is it possible that this could be tagged for staff assistance as I don’t appear to be getting anywhere fast myself and have exhausted my own knowledge of this. Thanks.

Am I to assume that I have to import the posts manually & that is the only way?

Hi there,
Sometimes the importer gets stuck. I tagged this thread for Staff to reset it for you. Please subscribe to it so you are notified when they respond.

NOTE: When you post over and over into a thread you move the timestamp forward on the thread and that means it takes longer to get help. Post once and wait patiently please.
