Multiple issues – login into WP site, NOT dashboard

hello,
i have multiple issues with my website, i cannot log in to the actual wp details as my username is ‘admin’ and i am unable to change it.
the site i wish to speak of is divinepetlink.co.uk
I would like to speak to someone regarding my idea, and how to possibly execute it in the most cost effective way please with NO devs as the ones i seem to use as contractors they are not genuine.
But my website is a chariable and humanitarian website which is highly needed. I wish to create a sustainable google api map where the public can fill out a form for their missing pets to be added to this interactive map. But I don’t know how to make this happen please. thank you
